My interest
in art began as a child when I would draw characters
from my favorite comic books.
This interest led me to major in Art at
Arkansas State University where I received a BSE
(Bachelor of Science in Education) degree.
Although I
did not follow an art career,
I have maintained my love for and desire to
paint throughout my life. Being a full time Sr.
Business Systems Advisor at FedEx Express keeps me
busy, but I paint and take photographs as often as
my time and energy allow. On that "magic someday" I
plan to retire and devote my golden years to
painting, traveling and enjoying time with my wife
and family.
•My work is represented in private
collections in Arkansas, Mississippi, Florida, South
Carolina, Kentucky, Texas and Tennessee.
•I primarily work in oil, watercolor and
acrylic.
I also enjoy photography, both as an art form
and to gather material for painting reference.
